OUR STORY
PO' UP! (2020) was created to highlight the shared experiences of Black alumni. In the U.S. alone, nearly half a million Black students earn college degrees every year. That alone is a reason to celebrate! And while the experiences of Black alumni of Historically Black Colleges and Predominantly White Institutions may be unique, we are connected by Black Excellence.

OUR STORY
In 1940, only one percent of Black Americans held college degrees. Today, that number is more than 40 percent.
That deserves to be celebrated! That is why PO' UP! was created to highlight the shared experiences of Black students & alumni around the world. Whether you rep a Historically Black College (HBCU) or a Predominantly White Institution (PWI), your Black Excellence deserves to be celebrated with a toast (i.e. PO' UP!)
